This is me and my work:

After studying nutritional science, I worked dual. On the one hand in a part-time position and always as a freelancer. My heart has always led me to the children and varied tasks. So, after studying nutritional science, I worked as a diabetes consultant at the University Children's Hospital in Düsseldorf and also completed the same further training as a diabetes consultant DDG there. The course of my life then allowed me to start my own family, so that I stored my professional activity closer to where I lived. Since then, my tasks have been to look after people (adults AND children) with nutrition-related diseases and with diabetes mellitus of ALL types.

Over the years, another unavoidable focus developed, micronutrient counseling and therapy.

An unbelievable number of people, adults, children and old people suffer from significant vitamin and mineral deficiencies, which unfortunately cannot be compensated for by a healthy diet. Deficiencies can only be remedied in a targeted and sensible manner.

Furthermore, I am a volunteer and active in many projects, boards of trustees, associations and Co.

This resulted in the last pillar, project development, from the idea to completion.
